Apparently posting online that you smoke weed or that you want to bone the hot professor at UMiss is going to get you in legal trouble. I'm shocked. No really. Seriously surprised. Can't you tell?

Since I am on facebook, and Coletrain.org and the blog are linked there - I feel some disclaimers are in order. (Below the "site" refers to Coletrain.org and the "blog" refers to http://coletrain.org/blog.html)

1. There is no indisputable evidence of me or any of my friends doing anything illegal on this blog, in the pictures section, or anywhere on Coletrain.org .

2. Coletrain.org does not advocate any activities that are in violation of federal or Georgia/Missouri/Delaware state law. Nor should you.

3. While you will find many pictures of my friends, associates, and myself in various states of disorientation - there will be little indisputable evidence in the picture of how we got there. Well from now on.

4. Everyone on the blog is entitled to some level of anonymity unless they give that up themselves. Except for redacted, who has landed a wonderful girlfriend because/in spite of the famous girlfriend application.

5. As many of my more perceptive friends note - I am all about the story. The opening and the midgame are what I find fascinating - the closing typically isn't all that interesting. So when I actually do round the bases with a woman, you won't read about it on the blog. You most likely won't hear about it at all. Hey, I am a gentleman. But if I put up a heroic effort, and some catastrophic and cataclysmic event for which I was woefully unprepared dashed my hopes of getting some away - you will read about that here in depth and with pictures.

7. Primarily Coletrain.org and all associated pages comprise a business site, and is not affliated with any dating services, personal ads, or adult entertainment. There is no porn here. Stop looking, it's creepy.

8. Above all else, the blog is meant to be entertaining - whether the topic is news, opinion, or riotous living. If you disagree, comment and call me on it.

So, now my ass feels a bit more covered. Let this be a lesson to all the people on my facebook list - I have seen some pretty wild pictures there already. (You know who I am talking about, Miss Future MILF. Buy the FutureMILF camisole here!)
